Traffic lag on map

I talked to you sometime ago about traffic from the GTX 330 on the 4500 map. I find when turning, the Garmin 430 displays the traffic accurately, but on the AFS4500 the traffic lags -ie, is slow on updating the map and therefore there is a delay in the position on the 4500 to catch up with the 430. Are you planning on updating the software to eliminate the lag? Thanks -Bob

We do not think that this is an EFIS software problem. The GTX330 is sending traffic to the 430W using ARINC and it is sending the traffic to the EFIS using RS-232. The GTX330 traffic update on the RS-232 data is only at 1 Hz.
