Just tried to download the latest map data to my SD card and during the extraction process I have a popup box that asks for a password for AF2MAPUS.AFM. Any ideas?

Negative, not a clue. I just downloaded the data from our website and it worked fine. Visit our homepage, mouse over the Store button, then click the MAP DATA link on the top of the menu (NOT the web store link). Give that a try...
