The Input, attached to Tank 3, has its Audio is enabled. Once the timer reaches the timeout it will flash and turn red. Most people will enable both alarms to remind them to turn the pumps off.
How do I enable both alarms?

SET -> Hold CAL -> Inputs -> then enable audio for the Tank 4 input
