    Cable Harness Question

    Any significance to why the orn/pur and orn/grn wires are twisted together and the orn/brn is by itself? Since these are just digital inputs and not serial I was a little surprised to see them twisted.

    Bob, are you sure you aren't looking at the two wires from the engine connector (37-pin) that are for the Amps shunt sensor?

    Yes, I'm sure..... Both of my main harnesses are the same.

    In that case, there is no reason why they are twisted.

    But then if there is no such big reason then why are most electric wires twisted?

    Stein purchases the orange wire already twisted together.
