472 version 2.4.58 firmware upgrade

I saw that Dynon/Uavionics released 2.4.58 for the 472. Is there a similar method to perform the firmware upgrade with an AF-6600?

Not yet, but exactly such an ADSB firmware updater is being actively developed for the AF-5/6000 platform.

If it’s out a ways, does uAvionics have an updater that is PC based that be used to upgrade the 472 firmware directly?

While uAvionix provided engineering and technological assistance to the development of the SV-ADSB-472, it is our product, and it is our firmware code. The firmware updater code has been written and is in internal testing. I don't have an ETA, but it won't be too long.
