Not powering up

Hi,

Three or four times over the last few months, my screen has failed to power up during start up. I am able to fix by unplugging and replugging the back up battery, but this seems to be becoming a more frequent issue. What is causing the problem and how can I fix permanently? It's not giving my passengers much confidence when they see this happen!

Not really sure what is causing it, we would need to see the screen. You could also install a push button on the backup battery power wire
to reset it.
