serial data from VP-200

Hey there -

Finally wiring up the panel, and wondering if the 5600 will accept serial data from the VP-200 for things like flap position, trim position, CO monitor, etc. I know that the integration is there for the VPX stuff, but I'm still working with the now discontinued VP-200. What happens if I just set the serial input to VPX and feed it from the VP-200? Any help would be appreciated!

It should do the trim and flaps, no CO monitor support.
