I am upgrading from steam guages and a standalone engine monitor to the AF5600. My previous engine monitor uses the GRT CS-01 Hall effect sensor. Is it possible to use this sensor with the AF5600 system?

Not sure, what voltage is it powered from?
what is the zero amps output voltage?
