    Settings lost between each flight

I have a dual 3500 setup in my RV-7A, has worked like a dream for years. The right-side EFIS (EM) still does. The left-side EFIS (EE) is now reverting to some type of default setting (?) after every flight. Some symptoms:

Baro is reset to indicate 0 feet altitude. OAT set to degF instead of degC. All 'pages' are disabled. Wind turned off. Nav info off. AOA turned off. Often (not always) the serial port settings are changed so that no GPS signal is received from my 496.

So I manually have to reset each of those settings at the start of every flight.

Any idea what would cause this, or how to fix? Latest software installed with mapping. Right side EFIS never affected.

    Thanks,
    Matt
