    5600T AP Servo Compatibiity

I have an early model AF-5600T. It has the second generation processor sold from 2013-2022, but has the older baseboard. BB version 6. Can I utilize any of the Dynon components? AP servos, AP controller, Com radio...?
    Thanks,
    Frank

I thought all 5000 series have SV-Network support, which would support the AP servos and sv-AP-panel. It wouldn’t use the olde AP controller since that functionality is built into the efis.

The comm radio support is all rs-232, so it’s not an issue.

Are you running the current software level off the web site? If so, you should be good to,go.

The Early 5600s apparently do not support the Dynon SV-network. I am running the current software.

I don’t know the costs, but Rob did mention that they can upgrade cpu, memory, gpu etc to bring it in line with 6600 specs. I would reach out to AFS for details and costs. I would assume that would add sv-network support.
