    No GS indication on AP

I noticed the last few times I've shot a coupled ILS there is no GS arm or cpld indication on the autopilot screen. (There still is for the GPS LPV approaches.) The EFIS switches from ver arm to ver vnav at GS intercept and then flys the GS perfectly. Is this correct? Thanks.

Yes, the AP will not directly fly an ILS so the EFIS is doing all the computation and the AP is only following the EFIS commands. With an LPV the AP is following the GPS directly and doing the coupling.
