Fuel Calibration on Murphy Rebel - AF3500EE

I've emptied both right & left tanks.
Added 2 gallon incriments and copied AD_Value readings to both ground and flight columns.
Tank capacity is 24 gallons and I had 13 data points 0 thru 24.
After recording and saving each data point and returning to main screen the fuel level turned red with no readings.
Then I reduced to 5 data points - 0,6,12,18, & 24 gallons - filling each tank with the required amount and again recording the AD_Value in both ground and flight column.
Now the tank levels are shown in accurately in green for tank 1 - but tank 2 shows no fuel - it reads '0' even though I get accurate AD-Values for each data point.
    What am I doing wrong???

As soon as it gets to two readings that are the same it thinks the tank is at max. I suspect that you have the same reading for 0 and 2 gallons?

    Fuel reading
    --------------------
    0. 317
    2. 317
    4. 340

this will make it get messed up.

I found where I had goofed in entering the AD_Value. The '0' ground was a lower number (841) vs 1/4 (842) so as soon as those two matched all worked well.

    Tank 1 Tank 2
    Gallons. Ground. Flight. Ground. Flight
    E (0) 917. 917. 842. 842
    1/4 (6). 869. 775. 842. 749
    1/2 (12). 653. 587. 650. 564
    3/4 (18). 472. 405. 471. 403
    Full (24). 158. 158. 158. 158

I may have bent the float stem on the Stewart Warner sender a little differently for tank 2 so the float doesn't see any liquid until there is more than 6 gallons in that tank. I've also installed sight Gage's in the wing root as a back up.

Your Tank #2 numbers are not correct and will not work. You cannot have the first two values for emply and 1/4 tanks have the same number.
