Data log error

I wanted to download from my pfd a data log to review last flight info. I keep getting an error message:
Error cannot open file/media/sdc1/80224221.ald. However I was able to download it from my mfd, why would I get that message?

I uploaded the saved file from the mfd to savvyanalysis but there was no data in the .ald file to show, assuming because the mfd doesn’t have engine module? Need to find out why pfd data won’t download.
