I have a single AF-4500 and wish to enable the EFIS, MAP, and EMS page but when I position the pointer to that option (number 6) and then turn the right knob either left or right, nothing happens and it remains at DISABLED but when I do the same thing on EMS (number 1) it changes from ENABLED/DISABLED.
Go to the ABOUT page (CHECK -> MAINT -> ABOUT) and please tell me what INSTALLED KEYS your unit shows. It should have MAPPING and SYNTHETIC VISION shown. If they are not, that is why those pages are disabled in the software.
Installed keys are: MAPPING AOA SYNTHETIC VISION
Other info is: 7.6.14-MV12, 1.12/4.1
OS Version is: 830
I currently have pages 2 (EFIS Only), 3 (EFIS & EMS) & 7 (Map & EMS) active
Okay, this is due to the software. Download the current software 7.8.14 off of the website and you will be able to have more pages. We had an issue early on where the three screen view wouldn't work. That issue has been resolved.
